• Have no signs of wear

• Returned in their original packaging

To request a return, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect item was sent, please send us pictures. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the next steps.

Please allow 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item.

Once your return has been approved, received, and processed, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process and reflect the credit in your account.
