At The Petite Haus Co., we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed after payment is successfully received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and fulfillment requirements.

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–10 business days from the date the order is placed. This estimated timeframe includes order processing and shipping.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by product availability, fulfillment location, shipping carriers, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided once available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Currently, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow time for tracking updates to become available after your order leaves the fulfillment facility.

Fulfillment Partners & Packaging

To provide our customers with a curated selection of petite styles, some products may be fulfilled through trusted third-party fulfillment partners.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately from different fulfillment partners depending on product availability and fulfillment locations. Each shipment will include its own tracking information when available. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for separate shipments.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Carrier Responsibility & Delivered Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing, tracking updates, and transit handling are managed by the carrier. The Petite Haus Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or disruptions caused by circumstances outside of our control.

If your package appears to be delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thepetitehausco.com so we can help you determine the appropriate next steps and, when applicable, assist with a carrier inquiry or claim.

The Petite Haus Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for ensuring that packages are delivered to a secure location.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, your property management office, and the shipping carrier. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, a replacement or refund is not guaranteed for packages confirmed as delivered.

Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, failure to retrieve the package, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. The Petite Haus Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or deliveries made to an incorrect address resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
